1 Definitions

2 Eligibility

- You must be a natural person of legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Corporations, trusts, partnerships, and other non-natural persons may not register accounts.
- You must be accessing ras77 from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of ras77 is lawful in your location.
- You must not have been previously excluded or permanently banned from ras77 or from any affiliated platform.
- You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.
- You must be capable of depositing and withdrawing funds through your own verified IDR bank account or e-wallet, registered in your own name (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, or other supported methods).
ras77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to restrict or terminate access if satisfactory evidence is not provided within
a reasonable timeframe.
3 Account Registration
To access the full range of ras77 services, you are required to create an account. The following conditions apply to the registration process:
- Each User is permitted to hold one account only. Opening duplicate, secondary, or shadow accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact email address.
- You must keep your registration details up to date at all times. If your personal details change, you must notify ras77 promptly by contacting support at [email protected].
- ras77 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without being required to provide a reason for doing so.
- Upon registration, you will be required to complete our KYC verification process before your first withdrawal is processed. This may include submission of a government-issued photo ID (KTP or passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.
- You must not register using false, borrowed, or fabricated personal data. Fraudulent registration will result in permanent account closure and potential reporting to relevant authorities.
4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ras77 account credentials, including your username and password. The following obligations apply:
- You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted on your account — regardless of whether it was authorised by you — is your sole responsibility.
- You must choose a strong, unique password and update it regularly. ras77 strongly recommends enabling any two-factor authentication features offered on the platform.

- ras77 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any message requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.
- ras77 employs 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption, rate-limited authentication endpoints, device fingerprinting, and anomaly-detection alerts to protect all accounts on the platform. However, ras77 cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your own credentials.
5 Deposits
All deposits on ras77 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following conditions govern the deposit process:
- Deposits may be made via the following supported payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of individual methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.
- The minimum deposit amount is displayed at the time of transaction within the platform's cashier section. Users should refer to the current cashier page for the applicable minimum and maximum deposit limits.
- All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will trigger a compliance review.
- ras77 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ras77 accepts no responsibility.
- Deposits are typically credited to your ras77 account balance within seconds for e-wallet transactions and within one to three minutes for bank transfers under normal operating conditions. During periods of high network traffic, processing times may be slightly extended.
- ras77 reserves the right to reverse any deposit that is determined to be fraudulent, made using stolen payment credentials, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
6 Withdrawals
Withdrawals from ras77 are subject to the following conditions:
- Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must have successfully completed KYC verification. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period will result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification.
- Withdrawals will only be disbursed to a payment account registered in your own name that matches the identity information on file with ras77. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in the platform's cashier section. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawal requests submitted during standard WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) business hours are typically processed within 5 to 20 minutes for local bank accounts and e-wallets. Requests submitted outside these hours may be queued for processing at the next available opportunity.

- Any Bonus Funds that have not yet satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal. Only real-money balances that have met all bonus conditions may be withdrawn.
7 Bonuses & Promotions
ras77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:
- All bonuses are credited in IDR and are subject to a Wagering Requirement that must be satisfied before the bonus amount (and any winnings derived from it) can be converted to withdrawable funds. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
- Only one bonus may be active at any one time per account. Players may not stack multiple welcome bonuses or claim the same promotional offer more than once.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all wagering requirements have been met.

- Seasonal and cultural promotions — including those aligned with Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Nyepi — are offered at ras77's sole discretion and are subject to separate terms published at the time of each promotion.
8 Betting & Gaming Rules
The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on ras77. Product-specific rules (including sportsbook rules covering mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator bets), voor bola (Asian handicap lines), BRI Liga 1 markets, and live-betting settlement) are published in the respective product sections of the platform.
- All bets are placed and settled in IDR. Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by market and game type and are displayed at the time of placement.
- Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the User.
- ras77 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error (including where incorrect odds were published due to a technical fault), placed on an event that has already concluded, or placed in circumstances that suggest knowledge of the outcome in advance.
- All casino games on ras77 use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) tested and verified by independent laboratories. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent the statistical long-run average and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

9 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ras77 platform. Any User found to be engaging in any of the following activities will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:
- Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
- Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting designed to manipulate the outcome of an event or exploit ras77's markets.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of an error are void and must be returned.
- Depositing or withdrawing funds for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You must not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any ras77 content without express written permission.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any ras77 software or game engine.
- Use the ras77 brand, logo, or any associated trademarks in any commercial context without written authorisation.
Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Habanero, and Spribe) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to ras77 for distribution on the platform.
11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ras77 excludes all liability for:

- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
- Provision of false or misleading information at registration or at any subsequent point.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the User without prior notification to ras77.
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
- Regulatory or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.
Upon termination of an account in good standing (i.e., where no breach has occurred), any verified real-money balance remaining will be returned to the User via their verified withdrawal method within a reasonable processing period, less any amounts legitimately owed to ras77. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon account closure.

14 Amendments

Your continued use of the ras77 platform following the publication of revised Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange closure of your account.
15 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which ras77 is licensed and incorporated. By accessing and using ras77, you acknowledge and accept that any dispute resolution process will be conducted in English.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms and Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
